Enrolment Process

St Aloysius College is a Non-Select Entry school. The enrolment process varies slightly depending upon which academic year your daughter will be joining St Aloysius College


Limited enrolments are still avaliable for 2019 & 2020. Please contact the College directly on 9325 9200 if you wish to discuss the possiblity of enrolment.
Enrolments for 2021 are also open.

Key Enrolment Dates for Year 5 Students, starting Year 7 in 2022

The following key dates are established by Catholic Education Melbourne and apply to all Catholic Secondary Schools.

Term 1: January 2020 – Applications for Year 5 Students commencing Year 7 in 2022 open.

Term 3: 21st August 2020 – Applications close.
Term 4: 15th October 2020 – Offers are posted to prospective Year 7 2022 applicants.
Term 4: 6th November – Final date for families to accept an offer made by the school.



The following steps are taken for entry into Year 7:
Step 1 Contact the college for literature, an enrolment form and arrange a school visit
Step 2 Submit the enrolment form 
Step 3 Attend an interview with a Leadership Team member
Step 4 Letter of offer sent
Step 5 Parent confirms place and pays deposit
Step 6
