International Students

A central 21st Century goal of education at St Aloysius is to develop our students as global citizens.

Our journey towards developing students who have a global outlook, who have an interest in and a knowledge of global affairs, who are concerned about global issues such as the environment and who are able to view others with compassion and understanding starts right here in North Melbourne, via the diversity of our student population.

At St Aloysius College we are proud of our international connections. We have students from across the globe who enrol directly into our programs completing VCE, we also enjoy the experiences afforded by shorter-term exchange students and we are also a centre for short-term study groups.

Melbourne’s high standard of living, health care and education ensured it was voted as the world’s most liveable city for the third time in a row in 2013, and has continued to be a city of choice for international students. Australian secondary and tertiary education is held in exceptionally high regard around the globe, with Melbourne offering access to internationally renowned universities including Melbourne, Monash, La Trobe, Deakin and RMIT.

With our close proximity to these institutions, St Aloysius College continues to enjoy a growing international reputation with recent study groups and students from Europe and Japan adding to this wonderful journey.
