Weekly Prayer

Dear God of justice,

May we see this season of winter as a time of repose, a time to be ‘frozen’ from the day-to-day and reacquaint ourselves with the faith in which we live. It is only then that we can draw strength from the one in whom we are established.

And as we brace the frosty mornings and haste filled evenings may we take time to grow and rise through the darkness in hope for the warm glow of your springtime, to blossom and flourish. Which brings colour and life into this world, your garden, your kingdom.
