VCE Results | Class of 2023

Congratulations to the Class of 2023. Despite the many challenges they faced during the COVID-19 pandemic throughout their secondary schooling, their resilience and commitment have shone through and resulted in some quite remarkable VCE, VCE VM and VET results.

In fact, one in three students achieved an ATAR placing them in the top 20% of the State.

2023 continued the very strong academic record that the St Aloysius College community has collectively worked to achieve over recent years, and we are immensely pleased to announce that:

  • Average ATAR of the top 10% of students is 94.58
  • Average ATAR of the top 20% students is 91.63
  • Average ATAR of the top 50% students is 82.91
  • VCE VM students achieved 100% success
  • VET students achieved 100% success
  • 75% of the subjects offered have study score of 35 or above.

This year’s VCE and VCE VM results reflect not only the achievements of the students, but also the skills and dedication of our staff, and the invaluable support of families and the wider College community in the lives of all our students.

As a VCE cohort, 50% of subjects studied achieved study scores in the top 9% of the state, and the overall Median Study Score was 30. Great achievements by all!

Today we also congratulate the great personal performance of the VCE Dux of St Aloysius College for 2023, Anika Elliot with an ATAR of 98. 3 Well done!

Our staff also deserve an acknowledgement for their endless passion and commitment, congratulations to all.

Finally, we congratulate all our 2023 VCE and VCE VM students for their efforts and wish them all the very best as they embark upon their very exciting future endeavours.
