Courage to Lead
At St Aloysius College we recognise that leadership is a skill for life, and we believe that all our students have leadership potential. We understand the importance of experiencing leadership opportunities at school to learn how to build relationships, display effective communication and interpersonal skills. Our students are provided with regular opportunities to build their leadership skills in a supportive environment.
We focus on developing their leadership capacity by encouraging all students to apply for a range of exciting leadership positions. Students' experience being in a leadership position to discover and develop a range of skills where they can build confidence, improve their communication and interpersonal skills, and learn to be an organised and influential student leader. Through their leadership roles, our students can engage with their peers and the wider school community.
