A prayer for Term Three
God of Mercy and Hope,
As we begin Term 3, we give thanks for the gift of a new season of learning, growth and opportunity at St Aloysius College. We pray for our students, staff and families as we return refreshed and ready to embrace the challenges and blessings that lie ahead
We give special thanks for the upcoming opening of Altiora, our new senior campus. May this new space inspire our students to grow in wisdom, courage and confidence as they prepare to make a difference in the world. Bless all who will learn and work there, and may Altiora be a place where faith, learning and community flourish.
As we celebrate this exciting milestone, remind us that although we will soon gather across two campuses, we remain one St Aloysius College community, united in the Mercy tradition begun by Catherine McAuley. May the values of compassion, justice, hospitality and service continue to guide us, strengthening the bonds that connect us to one another.
Help us to welcome each day with open hearts, to support one another with kindness, and to recognise your presence in all that we do.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
