From Community Connect
A reminder to all parents and carers that the first Community Connect meeting for the year will be held from 5:30pm-6:30pm in the College STEM Centre on Monday 19 February. We encourage anyone who is interested to come along, to see how the committee works. It's a great opportunity to get to know other parents and key staff members, and be more involved in our children's school. You can RSVP to me at president_cc@aloysius.vic.edu.au, reach out to your year level contact parent (as emailed to you during the week) or just turn up. All are welcome.
At our first meeting we will be:
- updating the committee's strategic plan/setting some goals for the year
- briefly planning the year seven and eight family events occurring in the coming months and discussing ideas for social activities for the older year levels.
If you can't make it but would like to contribute any thoughts or other assistance, or have any questions, please reach out. The committee and the year-level parent contacts are here to support and connect the community to make it an even better place for its students, families, staff and friends of the College.
