House Athletics Carnival
On Thursday 5th May, St Aloysius held the annual House Athletics Carnival at Coburg Athletics Track. With rain forecasted for the day, we were hoping it would hold off and fortunately it did. The atmosphere during the carnival was amazing as students competed in track and field events to try and win as many points for their house as possible.
Congratulations to all students who participated throughout the day but also to House Prefects and PE staff for their organisation and preparation on the day!
Age champions and winning house will be announced shortly at a whole school assembly.
SCSA Sport
The following competitions took place over the last two weeks:
Futsal
Congratulations to our Futsal who competed on Thursday 28th April. Well done to our Junior and Senior teams who were narrowly defeated in their Grand Finals but a massive congratulations to our Intermediate team who were crowned champions!
Badminton
Congratulations to our Badminton squad who competed on Wednesday 4th May. Well done to our Junior Team who finished 2nd in the Grand Final!

- SCSA Athletics at Lakeside Stadium (Friday 27th May)
Reminder that parents are welcome to attend these tournaments to support their daughter/s!
ACS Sport
Training has commenced for our Year 7 Winter Sports. We have 3 Netball teams and 2 Basketball teams competing this season. Round 1 for the winter season commences on the 17th of May against Loyola College.
