The build is moving head at great pace:

• On-site works are progressing ahead of Program and handover to the College is on track to enable opening for Semester 2 2026
• The Level 2 slab pour occurred on 23^rd September 2025
• Level 2 precast concrete install was completed on 1^st October
• The Level 3 slab pour was completed on the 15^th October and the Level 4 slab will be poured on 30^th October
• The Façade install is targeted to commence in November 2025, following issue of Building Permit 4
• The Substation Room has been stripped and a CitiPower inspection has been scheduled for late-October 2025, with substation delivery expected in early-2026
• The project team are continuing to progress the furniture and wayfinding design with meetings to look at the furniture recommendations scheduled for 24^th October
