VCE Theatre Studies
On Thursday, 29 May, VCE Theatre Studies students presented their own interpretation of Living with Lady Macbeth by Rob John, as part of their course. This production was the result of months of preparation, with students beginning work in Term 1 through regular rehearsals and collaborative planning. Each student took on two production roles, including acting, directing, lighting, sound, props, set, and hair and makeup—allowing them to develop a deeper understanding of the many aspects involved in theatre-making. Their dedication and creativity were evident throughout the final performance, which was polished, engaging, and well-received by the audience. The show was a great success, and the students were justifiably proud of their work and how confidently they performed on the night.
