The importance of student assessment literacy

From the Assistant Principal

Assessment literacy is increasingly becoming a fundamental capability for students because assessment directly influences learning and metacognitive decision-making as well as self-regulation.

French Language

Model United Nations

Our Year 12 French students shone on Friday, 17 July at the French Model UN, a simulation of the UN General Assembly, but this time, conducted entirely in French over a 6 hour intense and interactive conference.

Welcome back to Term 3! We hope everyone enjoyed a well-earned break and had the opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend time with family and friends.

Growing in Maturity and Confidence

From Year 7

Year 7 students have made an excellent start to Term 3, demonstrating increasing maturity in the classroom and greater responsibility for their learning.

Packing for the Future

From Year 8

Each morning, our Year 8 students arrive at school carrying a backpack filled with the essentials; books, a laptop, stationery and a lunchbox. They also arrive carrying a backpack far less visible but just as important.

A warm welcome back

From Year 9

A new semester is a fresh opportunity for students to reflect on their achievements from Semester 1, set new goals, and embrace new challenges.

A warm welcome back

From Year 10

Year 10 students commenced the term with a positive start. Term 3 is an important opportunity for students to continue to build strong habits and develop the skills needed for future success.
