From the Principal

I hope you all enjoyed a safe and happy break with your daughters. For the Year 12 cohort in particular, Term 4 will represent both an end and a beginning.

Sport

ACS Summer Season continues in Term 4.

Community Updates

Congratulations to all Art and Technology students who submitted entries to the Royal Melbourne Show's Arts, Crafts and Cookery Competition.

From Year 7

Year 7 students have embraced the challenge of learning two languages and across all languages, students can now talk about a variety of things such as their hobbies, family and friends.

From Year 8

It has been a very exciting start to Term 4 for all the students in Year 8, as over the next 3 weeks each pastoral group will be going on camp at the College’s Torquay campus.

From Year 9

A very big welcome back to Year 9 students and parents. Term three ended on such a high with all three Year 9 groups attending camps with their classes.

From Year 10

The start of Term 4 means that Year 10 are busily finishing of their final topics and assessment tasks in all subjects, in preparation for the end of year examinations.

From Year 11

This week, we have started the last term for the year. However, it is a very important one, as students will have their Unit 2 examinations in week 5, followed by their transition to starting Year 12.

From Year 12

As part of the Year 12 SAS program, the Year 12 cohort had the opportunity to go rock climbing this Wednesday at Hardrock Climbing. This session was organised to help build confidence in students and an opportunity to consolidate many skills taught throughout the program.
