This week, we gathered as a community to farewell the graduating Class of 2025 — a group of young people who have grown in confidence throughout their years at St Aloysius College.

Vocal Soirée
Our Vocal Soirée was a truly entertaining and uplifting evening that celebrated the remarkable talents of our voice students and the impressive skills of Aloysius A Cappella.
CGSAV Softball
On the 16th October, the year 11s participated in the CGSAV Softball competition, taking home a convincing victory. This team came together at the last minute, showcasing incredible teamwork, skill and determination
VCE Theatre Studies
Our Year 12 Theatre Studies students recently completed their much-anticipated performance exams, reflecting months of dedication and preparation.
Run Club
Term 4 Run Club has hit the ground running with over 40 students attending the first week back!
Mercy in Action
Our brand new program for Year 9s has commenced in earnest. Each pastoral was assigned a charitable organisation that aligns with our Mercy Values and Mission.
Courage Concert
We are thrilled to invite our school community to our Courage Concert, a very special event on Wednesday, 27th November at 7:00 pm, inspired by this year’s college theme, “Never Be Afraid of the Unknown.”
VCE Italian
On Tuesday, the Year 12 Italian students successfully completed their oral examinations, which involved a 15-minute conversation with two external assessors.

Sports Update
It was a mixed fortnight of results for St Aloysius across the junior and intermediate levels.
From Year 7
The Year 7 Swimming Program began last week under a perfect stretch of weather, with most days in the high twenties and even a sizzling thirty degrees on Thursday.

Welcome to your final term of Year 8!
From Year 9
On Wednesday 15th October, the Year 9 cohort at St Aloysius College came together for their annual Reflection Day, a day designed to deepen students’ understanding of the Mercy values of respect, justice, and courage.
From Year 10
Year 10 students have had a very busy start of the term with a number of curriculum-enriching excursions and activities, as well as the Art and Technology Exhibition.
From the Senior Years
Thursday 23 October saw the Year 12 Valedictory Mass at St Brendan's, followed by the Valedictory Dinner and induction into the Old Aloysians' Association at the San Remo Ballroom.
