On Monday 13th May, nine students were accompanied by Mr Kong and Miss De Bono to Westbourne Grammar School to participate in the annual ACS Chess Tournament.

Our ACS teams have been working hard in preparation for the upcoming Winter Season. The season began this week and it was great to see all the hard training paying off for our teams!

Poetry and Reflections

From Year 7

In Religious Education this term, the Year 7 students have begun to explore the stories of the Bible, the different story styles and the different ways stories can be told depending on the audience.

Reflection Day

From Year 8

Year 8 Reflection Day was a wonderful day for the Year 8 cohort. The Year 8 students participated in a range of activities throughout the day including developing an understanding of Mercy in Action initiatives, reflecting on their own knowledge of the Mercy Values and Catherine McAuley.

Year 9 students have commenced their second trimester this week, learning new subjects and continuing to thrive in their routines.
