As we are in winter, keeping healthy is imperative for the community and ourselves. By ensuring that your flu and COVID vaccinations are up to date (both of these can be booked through either your GP, Local Council or Pharmacy) we can work together to protect ourselves and our community.
Asthma
With the weather being colder if you are finding that you are needing your Ventolin more frequently, it is a good reminder to have an assessment from your GP and have your asthma action plan updated. If you are finding that you need some more support or just have general questions about your asthma management, please call 1800 ASTHMA, and have a chat to the asthma educators. If your Asthma plan is updated, please provide me with a copy.
